Alex Wolff plays Tom, a scholarship student who is desperate to break free from his working-class past and is drawn to the prestigious KNA fraternity's promises of high social status and alumni connections that open doors for him. But when he begins a romance with Annabelle (Halley Bailey), a classmate outside his social circle, and when the manipulative plans of his fraternity president (Louis Pullman) are exposed during the new member's hazing, Tom finds himself trapped in a dangerous game of ambition and loyalty.
