Customer Service / Telesales Job - Kenya Office

Requirements:

·         Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

·         Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

·         Good knowledge of digital marketing skills is a must

·         Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

·         Excellent knowledge of English

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

·         Diploma in business related field a Degree in similar is a plus

The position will report to the Country Sales Manager and will help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about different company products and services. 

Enter and update client information in the database 

Meet training sales targets and facilitate future sales 

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information 

Participate in planning and coordination of various team daily schedule 

Liase with suppliers/Vendor

We seek to appoint an agile, self-motivated, Customer obsessed sales representative (DSA-Direct Sales Agents) to push SAFARICOM EBU products across board.

The position will report to the Country Sales Manager and will help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:

Direct sales of all EBU (Enterprise Business Unit) solutions (Product mix)

Plan and implement Sales Strategies’ to meet the targeted sales

To actively obtain and negotiate opportunities for the company products

Preparation of reports as required by the business

Offer excellent customer service
